RULES: Missing the call does disqualify you from the challenge. We only use REAL testimonials, therefore you will be asked to sign a model release during acceptance into the challenge. We will ask you for 1 raw, authentic, and genuine video testimonial. In return give you access to our clinic for unlimited body sculpting during the challenge. We are limiting this challenge to 25 participants. You must apply and be medically cleared by our provider at Gratitude Weight Loss to be accepted into the challenge.
We are challenging you to watch your weight go down. This is perfect for those who are skeptical, heard rumors, or have had a bad experience in the past. You must come into the clinic to be weighed by our staff. You must inject the medication in front of our staff and return in 7 days to be weighted again. You will receive unlimited support during the challenge. Participation in our weight loss mastermind is optional.
