At Gratitude Weight Loss, we are committed to creating an inclusive and accessible environment for all visitors, clients, and staff. We have implemented a range of accessibility features at our physical office(s)/branch location(s) to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access our services comfortably and safely.

Parking & Arrival:

Designated accessible parking spaces are available near the main entrance, clearly marked and compliant with ADA standards.

The entrance path from the parking area is paved, level, and equipped with curb cuts for wheelchair access.

Drop-off zones are available at the front of the building for ease of entry.

Public Transportation Access:

Our location is accessible via public transportation, with bus stops located within 300 feet of the entrance.

Sidewalks leading to the entrance are equipped with ramps and tactile paving where appropriate.

Building Entrance & Navigation:

The main entrance features automatic sliding doors or is equipped with push-button entry systems. All entryways and common areas have a minimum clearance of 36 inches to accommodate mobility devices.

The reception area/service desk is wheelchair-accessible with a lowered counter section for convenience.

Interior Accessibility:

All hallways and corridors are wide and free of obstructions.

Flooring throughout the building is non-slip and level.

Restrooms are ADA-compliant, featuring grab bars, accessible sinks, and stall dimensions designed for wheelchair users.

Service areas (e.g., consultation rooms, classrooms, restaurant tables) are arranged to accommodate wheelchairs and mobility aids.

Elevators & Vertical Access:

Elevators are available for multi-level buildings and include:

Braille and tactile buttons

Audible floor announcements

Low-height control panels for wheelchair access

Additional Accessibility Features:

An induction loop or assistive listening system is available at the reception or service desk for clients with hearing impairments.

Service animals are welcome throughout the premises.

Staff members are trained to assist individuals with disabilities upon request.

Accessible customer service is available, and accommodations can be arranged in advance for specific needs (e.g., sign language interpreters, extended appointment times).
